No refunds or exchanges
We Guarantee 7 days no charge. Any after 7 days a fee will be charge.
We do not recommend working on other people work. Guarantee 7 days does not apply.
Children under 13 years old we do not cut cuticle only push.
Nail art pricing varies. Please reach out if you would like a quote for your desired art

Reschedules must be made up to 24Hrs before your appointment time.
All cancellations less than 24Hrs without good reason will be consider as a No-show.
There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled & No-Show

No-Show Fee $25 will be need to be pay before booking for your next appointment.
No Call/No Show; we know life can be hectic we give everyone a benefit of doubt once. Any after a fee will be apply.
2nd time will require a 50% deposit of service
3rd will be required full payment
Repeat occurrence will be blacklisted

Masks are not mandatory but if you are feeling well we strongly suggest to cancel your appointment.
All clients must wash hands and scrub nails upon before start of service
If we feel you are ill at anytime during your appointment, we have the right to refuse service immediately. This will result in your deposit being forfeited
Health check reminder sent 24 hr before appointment .

If we feel ill the day of your appointment, we will contact you immediately to cancel & will reschedule once feeling better
We ensure to wear a new pair of gloves+mask and thoroughly disinfect tables, chairs, all high touch areas, tools with an approved Health Canada cleaning agent.
All single-use items will be discarded after each client or given to you to take home

Gift Certificates are for a dollar amount (not for an specific service) and can be used towards any service.
Prices of our services are subject to change. Gift Certificates do not lock in prices of any given service.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Gift certificate purchase in store will require paper copy at checkout.
