Before arriving to your appointment you are sent a questionnaire regarding of your service and Health check intake 24hrs before your appointment. This help us anything you feel we need to know. (ex. type of nails, additional service, etc.) Once you arrive we ask you to wash up and then at the sation we give you a few minutes to looked over the colours.Will have a mini consultations on specifically what you would like done at this appointment. for first timer we will explain every step as we do them to give you opportunities to ask any questions, we always make sure you're satisfied after each step before moving on. Before cashing out we explain after care to you so you know how to maintain your nails.

We strongly recommend not to work on other work. But we know it can be costly for safely removing old products, Not all products are the same. We can never guarantee you know what was used on your nails at another place, as loads of places like to hide what type of products they're truely using on you, so to ensure your natural nails are healthy while in our care we ask our new clients to come with starts fresh.

We work with Gel polish/Shellac as widely know. Hard gel, Apres gel x and polygel.

Gel polish or mostly know as shellac is also a gel polish brand by CND but we do not carry the shellac brand. Gel polish is a soft gel that has more flexibility, durability than nail polish but isn't as strong as gel nails or fake nails. It has many advantages that you should consider:

• Dry immediately
• No smudge
• Last longer (10 -14 days)
• Shinier, glossier
• Can make any colour matte

Hard gel is a nail enhancement like acrylic nails, except it cures in a UV /LED light. It is different from gel polish/shellac/soft gel/soak off gel. You can extend the length of the nail with hard gel, it can be sculpted and shaped just like acrylic. The only difference is that hard gel hardens through UV light rather than through evaporating solvents (like acrylic). There are many benefits to using the innovative nail enhancement that is hard gel.

Do not panic! It's a molecular reaction of liquid  turning into a solid on your nail. Totally common & nothing to worry about we do try to reduce the heat spike with multi application.But when you feel your nails getting hot, take them out, wait for them to cool down (don't shake them, just wait patiently or flip them upside down so the product doesn't slide) and then put them back in the lamp to fully cure.Do not worry it only happen on the first 5 second.

The time may vary base on ready to ship press on nails or made to custom nails. Ready to Ship press on nails are ship within 3 business days.  Made to custom nail will vary on the diffculties of the art and will be communicated with the you on how long will it takes for us to finish ad ship. We estimated 2- 3 weeks  but not a guarantee.

Yes. We ship worldwide.

Yes of course. Simply contact us to make sure we have received it then pay the Re-Shipping Fee so we can send it back out.

Once a package has been picked up by Canada Post and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, A Nails  hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery.  A Nails assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders. 

If your order was marked as “delivered” by Canada post  and it’s missing; check with your neighbour's in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with Canada post  at click here to  Claim here .

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you agree to wait the time it takes to create your order.  

Also due to the nature of our custom handmade products we do not accept returns or make any exchanges (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state.  If so, email info@anailsnspa.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product).
